About Us

Owners Brandon Atallian and Arno Kissell decided that they wanted to pursue their dream of owning their own VW/Audi parts business in 2004. They began with a plan to provide the customer with unique and original parts and provide the best customer service possible. They also did not want to lose sight of why they got into the scene in the first place, the community. They slowly developed their idea and decided on the name Baak2Basics tuning. The reason behind the questionable spelling of the word “Baak” came about from the combination of Brandon and Arno’s initials B.A. and A.K. While remaining active members in the VW/Audi online and show community they continued to build upon their original idea until the summer of 2005 when their business came to an official start. To this day they contribute the company’s success to their wonderfully supportive friends and customers they have met along the way.
